With over 25 years of senior management experience, I have built and scaled businesses across luxury retail and healthcare recruitment, consistently driving growth, operational excellence, and high-performing teams.

As Managing Director of Your Nurse, I took a small team of 7 people in 2019 and, through strategic leadership, hands-on execution, and a relentless focus on people and operations, grew it to 100 staff worldwide and a £30M turnover by 2023. Under my leadership, we ranked 19th in the UK recruitment sector (2022/23)—an incredible milestone for a business that started small. A key driver of this success was exceptional staff retention, a direct result of a culture built on motivation, structure, and growth.

Now, as CEO of FuturAI, I am leveraging my deep industry experience to revolutionize AI automation for business efficiency. Having witnessed firsthand the inefficiencies in traditional recruitment processes, I see AI as a transformative tool to enhance productivity, improve customer experiences, and drive profitability.

Throughout his career, he has worked as a Programmer, Database Analyst, Technical Support, Scrum Master, System Analyst, Tester, and Project Leader, which gives him a broad and strategic perspective on software and its lifecycle.

As an Expert in Artificial Intelligence and Process Automation, Rommel not only develops and implements AI-driven automation solutions but also teaches AI to professionals and provides mentorship to help others leverage these technologies effectively.

Currently, he is the CTO of FuturAI, leading the mission of bringing the future to the present for businesses, transforming operations through cutting-edge AI and automation solutions.
